Guest pays electric usage on all stays 30 days or more

Special Summer Rates May 1, 2008 to October 1, 2008:
Daily: $20 Weekly $100  Monthly: $189

 

Special Rates from October 1, 2008 to May 1, 2009:

1 Month - $249.00 or 3 Months - $749.00

First time guests only.
Electricity not included in monthly rate.

Extra person charge: $3 per day; $15 per week; $45 per month

NO REFUNDS, on or after arrival.
Electricity is billed by the resort and is due upon receipt.
All residents and guests must register at the office upon arrival.

Check Out Time is 11:00 a.m. - All Balances are Due Upon Arrival

The office assigns sites. Sites are guaranteed for the period paid only. Only one RV per site.
